What’s For Breakfast Thursday?

Here’s a healthy way to start your day with “REAL FOOD.” Of course I didn’t eat all as I was very satisfied with just 1/2 of this plate. Grass-fed Beef Bacon and Grass-Fed Soy-free eggs (cooked in coconut oil) served with a small organic avocado and sliced organic mango. This was at 5:30am this morning and, it’s now almost 10am and, I’m not hungry:-) Full of energy, clear thoughts and mental clarity.tomi toles breakfast
