My multi-disciplinary system will form the stepping-stones to help you achieve your goals and dreams.Depending on the level of complexity you present with, I may suggest the use of allied health professionals. I will gladly recommend which professionals to network with to achieve your goals. The complete Sports Performance Program typically has four parts:
I will evaluate the following areas to gain information necessary to design your customized, tailored, highly specific program:
- Posture & Gait
- Exercise History
- Body-fat Composition
- Structural Balance of the Upper/Lower Extremity
- Joint range of motion
- Functional movement patterns
- Coordination & Strength
- Current nutritional habits
- Lifestyle assessment
After the assessments (4-6 hours), I will take into consideration your findings and how they may affect the attainment of your goals. I will then carefully design your own unique corrective or performance exercise program again taking into consideration your schedule and equipment availability. You will also be coached on nutrition and lifestyle factors that will be very helpful in helping you reach your goals.
You will then be personally guided through each specific exercise and stretch that has been developed for you to progressively obtain your goal (s). Your program will be very comprehensive, and individualized. For the 1 on 1 session, a video of the exercises can be recorded for you take with you. or, you will have access to them online via PtEnhance website.
A re-evaluation every 4 – 6 weeks is recommended at which I will design your follow-up program to meet your current level of ability. I am very committed to helping you achieve your goals within your own parameters.
