If you have suffered an injury, there are certain stages you must go through to ensure your recovery as fast as possible. Failing to go through or trying to “skip” a step will lead to reinjuring the affected site and increasing the severity of the original injury. Following the proper stages in order will lead you to Optimal recovery in the least amount of time:

  • Eliminate the sources of noxious proprioception
  • Restore functional range of motion
  • Restore biomechanical efficiency
  • Increase muscular strength and endurance
  • Functional training

For the Post-Rehab client the formula for success is the following:

  • Flexibility
  • Stability
  • Strength
  • Power

As with all of my programs, they all start with very comprehensive assessments that can identify a possible injury waiting in the shadows. And, through corrective mobilizations, stretches, and following the “Success Formula” prevent them from happening.
